Quick Answers
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece of artwork is custom-printed and hand-framed to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time of your order for it to be ready for shipment.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
Are the frames handmade?
Yes, every frame is hand-made to order for each piece of art.
What is the art printed on?
The art is printed on fine art archival photographic paper, which captures vibrant colours and intricate details, typically from the Ilford Galerie range of papers.
What about the acrylic?
The acrylic used on our frames is a lightweight and durable alternative to glass. It also offers UV protection to help preserve the longevity of the print.
How should I handle my framed art?
Always use two hands to carry your framed art, supporting it from the sides. Avoid holding it by the top of the frame or the wire. Keep it in an upright, vertical position during transport or storage, and be careful not to press on the acrylic or the print itself.
How do I clean my framed art?
Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to dust the frame. For the acrylic, use a lint-free cloth and a small amount of an acrylic-safe cleaner. Never use ammonia-based cleaners, as they can damage the acrylic. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth first, not directly onto the surface, and wipe the acrylic with a gentle, circular motion.
Where should I hang my framed art?
To ensure the longevity of your artwork, avoid hanging it in direct, harsh sunlight, or in areas with extreme changes in temperature and humidity, such as bathrooms, kitchens, or above heaters or air conditioning units. The UV protection on the acrylic will reduce the risk of fading, but avoiding direct sunlight is the best practice for long-term preservation.
What is an Open Edition print?
Our Open Edition prints, like those in the Inspire Range, are designed to be widely accessible. They are not limited in number, allowing more people to enjoy the beauty of nature in their homes. These images feature classic, uplifting landscapes that are broadly appealing.
What is a Limited Edition print?
Limited Edition prints are a curated selection of our most unique and significant works, offered in a restricted number to make each piece more exclusive. They are signed and numbered by the artist.
How are the Limited Edition prints different?
- The Emerge Range: Each piece is part of a limited edition of 50, signed and numbered by the artist. This collection focuses on a deeper, more artistic interpretation of the landscape, exploring moments of transition and discovery.
- The Exclusive Range: This is our most highly limited collection, with edition sizes ranging from 5 to 50prints, depending on the piece's artistic significance. These are our most rare and profound works, each individually signed and numbered, designed for serious collectors.
Do you offer unsigned prints?
Yes, within the Emerge Range, you have the option to purchase Unsigned Prints. These are open-edition prints that allow you to own a piece from this stunning collection without the exclusivity of a signed and numbered edition.
